1 General Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ck44a platform, including all services, features, content, and functionality made available through the ck44a website and any associated mobile interfaces. By creating an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the ck44a platform.

1.2 Governing Language

These Terms are written and governed in the English language. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

ck44a supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market to ensure fast, convenient, and secure transactions for all registered players. All financial transactions on ck44a are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified.

3.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

5 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

6 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and technology available on the ck44a platform — including but not limited to the ck44a brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, audio, video, and data — are the exclusive intellectual property of ck44a or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ck44a platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit: (a) reproduction, copying, or distribution of any ck44a content for commercial purposes; (b) modification or creation of derivative works based on ck44a content; (c) reverse engineering or decompiling any ck44a software; or (d) use of ck44a's brand identity in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by ck44a.

7 Limitation of Liability

7.2 Third-Party Game Providers

Games provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Hacksaw Gaming are subject to those providers' own technical infrastructure. ck44a is not responsible for game disconnections, data loss, or errors originating within third-party game software. 8 Account Closure & Termination

Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be refunded to the player's verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and verification requirements. Bonus balances and associated pending winnings will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.1 ck44a's Right to Terminate

ck44a reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

8.2 Self-Exclusion
